Registered and available to support prime contractors as a subcontractor, including LOGCAP, providing fast, on-site oil and fluid condition screening to reduce maintenance delays and unnecessary fluid replacement.
Government Purchase Cards (GPC) can be used to pay for screening services, including on-site oil analysis at military installation motor pools or in the field during training operations, as long as the total cost remains within the micro-purchase threshold—typically under $10,000. These services are essential for maintaining equipment readiness and mission effectiveness by delivering rapid diagnostic results directly in the field.
For service costs exceeding $10,000, a formal contract must be issued. As an authorized entity registered in SAM.gov, we are fully eligible to receive and perform contracts above this threshold, in compliance with all federal acquisition regulations and Department of Defense requirements.
Backed by prior military service and hands-on experience in Contract Administration (3C), our team is well-versed in managing government administrative deliverables. This includes a strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), procurement processes, and compliance requirements. Our familiarity with contract documentation, reporting, and quality assurance ensures smooth execution of services and full accountability from award to closeout. This experience enhances our ability to support government clients with efficient, contract-compliant operations at every stage.
